Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

  • One year of experience as a caller
  • One year of experience as a Quality Analyst

Strong Knowledge in:

  • Call calibration
  • Quality parameters
  • Zero Tolerance Policy (ZTP) and red alert
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • One-on-one feedback

Desirable Knowledge in:

  • Steps for auditing calls
  • Root call analysis
  • First Call Resolution (FCR)
  • Sandwich feedback technique
  • Floor briefing and call play sessions
  • Sharing observations

Language Requirement:

  • Proficiency in at least four languages

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in any field is required for candidates opting for this role in Operations.
