Responsibilities:
- Create and manage data reporting dashboards.
- Prepare presentations for business reviews and updates.
- Analyze data from various sources to address business questions.
- Define business problems and develop processes to drive improvements.
- Develop strategies for business growth, traffic, and conversion.
- Automate and modify dashboards for tracking business and product metrics.
- Investigate customer-centric problems and develop actionable insights.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience, preferably in BFSI sector.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced), SQL, Google Analytics, Big Query, Athena.
- Strong skills in qualitative and quantitative analysis, presentation, and communication.
- Experience in automating reports and writing BRDs.
- Ability to translate business problems into key insights.
- Understanding of sales, product, marketing, and revenue aspects.
- Independent, performance-driven, and solution-oriented with strong analytical skills.
