Job Description

Responsibilities:

Experience in Pardot implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with the Salesforce Connector.
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and contribute to statements of work.
Communicate project outcomes to client-side project stakeholders.
Design, implement, and monitor automated campaigns across email and web, and advise clients on how to optimize further.
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs, such as email marketing and marketing conversion metrics.
Experience in reporting and analyzing campaign activity using Pardot reports, B2B Marketing Analytics (desirable), and the ability to make recommendations to the business.
Track record of delivering marketing automation projects in a fast-paced environment and successfully meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud and ability to set up features such as Engagement History, Campaign Influence, B2B Marketing Analytics, and the drag-and-drop email builder.

Responsibilities in Forsys:

Own Pardot requirement gathering for client projects and develop solutions for implementation.
Implement and oversee other team members on Pardot skills.
Lead conversations on Pardot requirements with client stakeholders and influence them through representation of Pardot’s features and abilities.

Requirements

List of Expectations:

At least 2 years of experience in delivering Salesforce or marketing automation projects.
Successfully completed at least two Pardot implementations.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Pardot.
Certified Pardot Specialist.
Certified Pardot Consultant.
