The primary responsibilities include running reports for risk analysis, reviewing SAP transaction codes for access conflicts, and assessing user access to critical non-SAP systems.

Work you will do:

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Run reports for user/role risk analysis simulations.
  • Assist in the semi-annual review of custom SAP transaction codes and non-SAP systems for critical access conflicts.
  • Perform internal controls and segregation of duties (SoD) assessments.
  • Document remediation/mitigation actions and access review workflows.
  • Review SAP transaction codes and roles to ensure SoD conflicts are addressed, coordinating with business process owners for remediation strategies.

Key Functional Responsibilities:

  • Analyze SoD access conflicts, risk identification, and internal controls.
  • Investigate SAP inquiries (transaction codes, roles, authorization objects) for user access understanding.
  • Run reports in the SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system for user access analysis.

The Team: GCT – FSR

The Global Controls Team provides expertise and support to finance channels, ensuring effective and efficient quality control procedures. The team possesses a strong technical understanding of GRC software and SAP security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in related functional areas.
  • General knowledge of SAP functionality and SAP Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, technical, and remote collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and a strong team player.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating across teams in a large matrix organization.
