Job Description As a Senior Associate in People Operations (Payroll), you will be responsible for:

1. Payroll Management:
   • Ensure accurate input collation from vendors, complete checking of payroll inputs, and compliance with statutory deductions (e.g., Statutory Bonus, PF, ESIC).
   • Timely payroll and full and final settlement invoice submission to finance and follow-up for timely processing.
2. Compliance:
   • Ensure 100% adherence to contractor/vendor compliance and audit requirements.
   • Handle internal and external audits, ensuring payroll checklist adherence before finalizing payroll.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
   • Address queries from stakeholders and ensure smooth coordination with all parties involved.
4. Knowledge Requirements:
   • Minimum wages, statutory compliance, income tax, full and final settlement processing.
5. Team Collaboration:
   • Work as a team player and deliver tasks on time.

Skills Required

• Payroll Expertise: 5 years of experience in India payroll management.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Statutory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of statutory requirements and regulations.
