Requirements:
- Theoretical understanding of risk and controls (for fresh associates).
- For experienced associates, working experience in testing controls and understanding risk.
- Good communication skills to explain work to end clients.
- Positive attitude and ability to learn/upskill quickly.
- Flexibility to work any 9 hours between 9:30 AM and 9:30 PM, depending on client requirements.
