Job Overview: As a Data Analyst at Omada Health, you will design and build dashboards and visualizations to communicate the efficiency and impact of Omada Health programs to clients such as employers, insurers, and pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). You will analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs, and deliver intuitive visualizations that demonstrate the value of Omada Health programs in improving health outcomes and operational efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build dashboards and visualizations.
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs.
- Deliver visualizations that demonstrate program value to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data visualization.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, with a preference for Tableau.
- Strong communication skills, effectively conveying insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL with extensive experience in data cleansing and transformation.
- Experience in analyzing and presenting data to enhance decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Scripting and automation experience in Tableau.

Compensation:
- California, New York State, and Washington State: $128,800 – $161,000
- Colorado: $115,920 – $144,900
- Other states may vary
- Eligibility for annual cash bonus and equity grants.
