Role Overview: We are inviting applications for the role of Process Associate (PA) in Order to Cash. This position requires a deep understanding of day-to-day operations and maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLA). The candidate will manage cash application processes, resolve queries, and ensure seamless coordination with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make collection calls and communicate with customers via email/fax.
- Process cash application functions to invoices, ensuring timely and accurate Daily Receipt Reconciliation (DRR).
- Identify and rectify unidentified cash, managing the entire cash application process.
- Resolve customer/internal disputes and coordinate between departments for resolution.
- Reconcile orders to match customer books, validate credits/debits, and manage collections or refunds.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
- Freshers are welcome
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash is advantageous.
