Principal Responsibilities:

Ensure work is delivered within agreed timeframes and meets high-quality standards.
Provide high-quality, customer-driven service, meeting customer expectations in terms of accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism.
Accurately process customer instructions to achieve agreed quality standards and targets.
Suggest and design improvements in process workflows.
Identify and escalate common errors/irregular transactions according to procedures.
Comply with all relevant policies and procedures issued by the Group.
Maintain HSBC internal control standards and implement audit points in a timely manner.
Acquire and update knowledge on procedures to ensure work is completed in accordance with them.

Requirements:

Fluent in English – spoken and written.
Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, FX related products, and Money Market products.
Experience with vendor systems – Refinitiv and Bloomberg data feed.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Good knowledge of Derivatives/Fixed Income/Equities/FX Rates.
Ability to work flexible hours (Night Shift/Rotation Shift).
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or equivalent.
