Job Description

As a Business Development Trainee, you will gain valuable experience in sales and business development while working remotely. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Outbound Calls: Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce services and generate sales leads.
2. Webinars: Scheduling and hosting webinars to showcase offerings and engage potential customers.
3. Lead Follow-Up: Following up with leads through email, phone calls, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and close sales.
4. Strategy Collaboration: Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion.
5. Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records of all client and prospect interactions in the CRM system.
6. Market Research: Staying updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
7. Marketing Support: Assisting in the development of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales Aptitude: Strong sales aptitude with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
• Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using technology and online communication tools.
• Adaptability: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
