ByKey Responsibilities:
- Deliver data analytics solutions across key departments, focusing on Product, Finance, and Fraud.
- Partner with business leaders to create and enable analytics that attract, engage, and retain customers.
- Identify optimization areas and provide data-based recommendations.
- Build and maintain data analytics dashboards using tools like Atlan, Tableau, and Amplitude.
- Translate vague business questions into data projects, requiring strong SQL knowledge and data modeling experience.
- Analyze large volumes of complex data to understand trends, behaviors, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Communicate insights to senior stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct pre and post-implementation reviews and present actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the broader Data & Risk Team to share ideas and discuss analytical approaches.
Requirements:
- Over 5 years of professional, full-time data experience, including SQL, data modeling, and BI tools (Tableau preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify necessary reports, dashboards, and analyses.
- Comfort in handling uncertainty and open-ended questions.
- Passion for analytics and continuous learning in the field.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and drive decision-making based on data.
- Strong communication skills to convey insights effectively to various stakeholders.
