- Provide timely responses to stakeholders according to SOPs and SLAs.
- Proactively escalate issues to managers or stakeholders.
- Achieve business metrics and goals such as SLAs, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain daily work records by updating trackers or workflow tools.
- Meet assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in spoken, written, and reading English.
