Job Overview:

As a Data Analyst at ConTecHub, you will collect, clean, and analyze data to extract valuable insights, support decision-making, and drive business growth. You will work with advanced CRM solutions and Microsoft Azure tools to enhance customer understanding and streamline processes.

Our strategies and advanced CRM technologies, including Salesforce and Dynamics 365, help businesses make informed decisions and drive growth by providing centralized customer data, streamlined processes, and enhanced customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Cleaning:
   • Use Microsoft Azure tools to collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources.
   • Ensure data quality and integrity for accurate analysis.
2. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Generate regular reports on key performance indicators with actionable insights.
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data analysis processes and methodologies.
3. Continuous Learning:
   • Stay updated on data analytics trends, Microsoft Azure technologies, Dynamics 365, and Customer Insights.
   • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills.
4. Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights:
   • Leverage Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights to enhance CRM solutions.
   • Implement strategies to extract actionable insights from customer data.
   • Knowledge about data unification.
5. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements.
   • Collaborate with CRM specialists to integrate data solutions.
6. Statistical Analysis:
   • Apply statistical methods to analyze data and provide meaningful interpretations.
   • Assist in developing predictive models to support decision-making.
7. Data Integration:
   • Collaborate on integrating data from various sources into Dynamics 365.
   • Ensure a unified and accurate view of customer information.
8. Data Analysis and Visualization:
   • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
   • Develop and implement data visualization dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or similar tools.

Requirements:

• Freshers are also eligible.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services, tools, Dynamics 365, and Customer Insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior internship or coursework related to data analysis.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
