Job Overview:
EbizON is seeking an Analyst-Client Services to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on managing client relationships by fostering positive interactions and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage timely delivery of digital marketing projects.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients; address and resolve issues promptly.
- Prioritize daily tasks to maintain SLAs.
- Lead kick-off, weekly, and monthly client calls; prepare and present reports.
- Drive client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate records of project statuses.
- Demonstrate leadership to clients and internal teams, delivering high-quality project objectives.
- Serve as the primary public face of EbizON’s service delivery, instilling client confidence.
Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:
- 0-2 years of work experience.
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Understanding of customer success management practices.
