Job Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Manage the timely delivery of digital marketing projects.
  • Client Communication: Consistently provide proactive communication with clients. Address or escalate client issues promptly to resolve them effectively.
  • Team Management: Manage and prioritize daily tasks, activities, and processes of the team to maintain SLAs.
  • Client Meetings: Initiate and lead kick-off, weekly, and monthly calls with the client. Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports.
  • Client Satisfaction: Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of client deliverables.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record regarding the status of all projects being worked on.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate leadership to both the client and internal partners, delivering project objectives professionally and with high quality.
  • Public Representation: Instill confidence with the client and serve as a primary public face of EbizON’s high-quality service delivery offering.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of overall work experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Digital Marketing.
  • Customer Success Management: Comprehensive knowledge of customer success management practices.
