About the Role
Position: Assistant Manager HRBP – Analytics
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HRBP OKRs: Lead initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, retention, motivation, and productivity within the Analytics organization.
- Culture and Leadership Development: Partner with senior leaders to cultivate a strong talent brand and coach managers on culture setting, performance management, and team development.
- Special Projects: Collaborate on HR projects across Tech, Product, and Analytics domains to elevate employee experience, enhance manager capabilities, and strengthen talent density.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Postgraduate degree in Human Resources.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a tech organization or fast-paced environment.
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical mindset, effective stakeholder management, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Attributes: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to building scalable HR processes.
