As an Admin Executive at Lenskart Academy, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting various administrative functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Employee Coordination: Calling and following up with employees for documentation and updates.
  • Attendance Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
  • Training Support: Assist in planning training schedules and coordinate logistics.
  • Operational Coordination: Ensure seamless operations by coordinating with departments.
  • Process Improvement: Implement operational processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Data Management: Utilize Excel to create and maintain training records and attendance spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts.
  • Reporting: Generate reports as required to support decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external team members for effective execution.
