Job Summary
As a Senior Data Analyst at QuinStreet, you will play a crucial role in optimizing digital marketing campaigns and driving strategic insights to enhance performance and support relationships with media partners. This position requires a deep understanding of data sources, analytical tools, and automation to inform business decisions effectively in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Deep Understanding of Data Sources: Develop expertise in relevant data sources to drive informed business decisions.
- Analytical Tools and Automation: Master analytical tools and automate business processes for efficient decision-making.
- Problem-Solving: Employ diverse problem-solving strategies to analyze business challenges and identify growth opportunities.
- Creative Analysis: Innovate analytical approaches to tackle complex problems and leverage strengths while addressing weaknesses.
- Communication: Communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders, providing actionable plans for business improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in an analytical role, demonstrating strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Inquisitive mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and stakeholders to drive innovation.
- Data Proficiency: Ability to work with disparate datasets, extract key insights, and visualize trends effectively.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying, and experience with either R or Python for data analysis.
- Business Intelligence: Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Automation: Experience with automation in an enterprise setting is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven results clearly.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: $80,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and geographic location.
- Additional Benefits: Eligible for performance bonuses, equity (restricted stock units), and standard employee benefits including healthcare and retirement plans.
