About Amazon Global Trade: This initiative focuses on growing the Amazon Marketplace Seller Business globally, with the India team facilitating cross-border selling. Sellers in India cater to customers abroad, while sellers worldwide serve customers in India. The Global Trade team seeks a professional passionate about deep data analysis to support this mission.
Role Overview: In this dynamic environment, you will:
- Monitor key success metrics for sellers.
- Identify problem areas and business challenges.
- Collaborate with category and business teams to shape solutions, aiding sellers in growth and optimization on the Amazon platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and report business performance and problem areas using appropriate metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the account management team to resolve seller issues.
- Utilize Amazon’s tools for problem-solving and solution validation.
- Partner to set goals around key operational metrics.
- Recommend business actions based on analytical findings, including defining new metrics, techniques, and strategies to enhance seller performance.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics or automation.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel.
- Experience with data mining tools such as SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/R, scripting, MS Excel, table joins, and aggregate analytical functions.
