Responsibility:

- Ensure organizational targets for innovation and ideation are met.
- Manage rapid change in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and develop plans to achieve them.
- Recommend and implement new technology practices to enhance process efficiency and cost optimization, such as internal knowledge sharing portals, Information Security practices, and automated production metric generation.
- Responsible for overall billing, invoicing, and annual planning of resource/infrastructure requirements.

- Drive best practices implementation across projects.
People/Team Management:
- Address team queries and feedback, escalating when necessary.
- Delegate tasks ensuring optimal accuracy in deliverables.
- Mentor and coach direct reports for career progression.
- Identify and develop talent within the team.
