Job Description

Function: Software Engineering → Backend Development

Key Skills: Java, Python, J2EE, Spring

Responsibilities:

Own the development, design, scaling, and maintenance of applications within Capillary’s Cloud CRM product.
Contribute to overall design and roadmap discussions.
Write efficient and scalable code.
Test and debug programs to ensure robustness and reliability.
Identify opportunities for improving the functionality of existing systems.

Requirements:

Innovative and self-motivated with a passion for developing complex and scalable applications.
1-3 years of experience in software development with a focus on algorithms and data structures.
Strong coding and design skills using Core Java/J2EE or equivalent high-level programming language.
Prior experience with Non-Relational databases (e.g., Redis, MongoDB), queues, etc., is advantageous.
Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
