DESCRIPTION
As an Associate in Quality Services, you will be responsible for manually executing documented task instructions for various components or features of a product, meeting defined productivity and quality targets, adhering to service level agreements (SLA), and following established processes.

- Execute test instructions and report test results accurately and promptly.
- Report any deviations observed during testing.
- Understand and implement any changes in test instructions related to your assigned tasks.

A Day in the Life
The Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The primary objective is to deliver manual testing support. As an Associate in Quality Services, you will perform manual test execution based on documented task instructions, producing accurate test results, meeting daily targets, and adhering to defined processes.

Location: We are open to hiring candidates to work out of our location in Chennai, TN, IND.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate, preferably in a quantitative field of study with 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with using computers and software.
- Experience using gadgets or devices.
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Capability to follow defined processes and adhere to policies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of software testing.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly.
