Job Description
- Attend all training programs and complete all tasks assigned by the supervisor, assisting other trainees where possible.
- Demonstrate the ability to design and code appropriate solutions for broadly defined problems.
- Collaborate in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
- Evaluate existing strategies and techniques, offering suggestions for enhancement.
- Conduct research and gather data.
- Work closely with colleagues to cultivate professional values and foster positive relationships.
- Participate in meetings and workshops.
- Subject oneself to all forms of evaluation during the training period.
- Compile reports and deliver presentations to staff members and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree in Engineering.
- Strong programming skills.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Team player with excellent observation skills and a willingness to learn.
