Job Description:
As a Product Manager at CyberArk, you will report to the Director, Products in the US. You’ll play a pivotal role in advancing the company’s zero trust identity vision, focusing on driving the growth of our Cloud Directory Services and Workforce Password Management portfolios.

Responsibilities:

Drive the growth of our Directory Services platform and Workforce Password Management service, ensuring alignment with company and sales targets.
Define, communicate, and execute the product roadmap for Directory Services and Workforce Password Management, collaborating closely with peers to ensure alignment.
Drive product innovation and opportunities through market feedback, customer insights, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners.
Collaborate with architects and developers to prioritize and manage the product backlog in an agile environment.
Work closely with UX/UI teams to conceptualize product interfaces.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop go-to-market materials.
Support sales and support teams on new product releases and solutions.
Meet with customers and partners to communicate company/product strategy and address requirements.
Foster cross-functional alignment across CyberArk teams to ensure overall business goals are met.
Collaborate with CyberArk teams in the US, Israel, and India, attending meetings across different time zones as necessary.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Project Management.
Bachelor’s degree in EE/Comp Sc or equivalent (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of executing vision and strategy, delivering market-leading solutions, and developing new products with commercial success.
Identity and Access Management domain experience is a strong plus.
Experience with legacy and cloud directories like AD, LDAP, Azure AD, and Google Directory Service is a strong plus.
Strong technical skills to own and run demos and lab environments.
Expertise in cloud and/or cyber security domains, ideally with cybersecurity expertise.
Deep understanding of software lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, APIs, crypto, microservices, and related security aspects.
Experience with SaaS Business Models, particularly in transactional and usage-based models.
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
