Job Description:
Experience: 3 to 5 years
We are seeking a Payroll Executive with comprehensive knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance in India. The responsibilities include:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Updating monthly payroll inputs in SAP
- Conducting payroll runs and rectifying errors
- Processing full and final settlements
- Verifying and validating payroll results
- Handling reimbursement claims and income tax savings
- Reconciling gross and net pay
- Filing quarterly and annual returns
- Ensuring compliance with provident fund and other statutory regulations
- Calculating and deducting provident fund and other statutory recoveries
- Preparing statutory reports
- Making payments to government agencies for statutory deductions
- Posting payroll data to accounting systems and reconciling them
- Resolving employee queries related to salary and income tax calculations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Master’s in Commerce (M.Com), or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).
