Work You’ll Do

As a part of our Operational Risk Advisory team, you will cultivate positive working relationships with teams and clients to exceed client expectations. Your responsibilities include:

Conducting technical risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client’s current risk state
Performing end-to-end business process analyses and design
Gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing data using appropriate tools and technologies
Assessing and designing internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements
Understanding the client’s business, interpreting sector trends, and learning leading practices
Interacting effectively with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to serve clients efficiently
Enhancing the quality and efficiency of recommended conduct risk solutions through relevant frameworks, research, and analyses
Conducting internal audits by leveraging approved processes and methodologies
Setting the stage for a successful assessment of client’s internal audit processes and controls by collecting and organizing data
Enhancing the quality of assurance engagements by identifying risks, performing testing, researching governing regulations, and developing reports
Forming a core Extended Enterprise Risk Management (EERM) skillset through proactive research and participation in internal and external initiatives
Enhancing the quality of EERM solutions by effectively applying relevant frameworks, conducting research, and performing analyses
Enhancing the effectiveness of the client’s ORM system analysis
Leveraging industry-leading tools and frameworks to increase the effectiveness of ORM solutions
Forming a core technology and data risk skillset through proactive research and participation in internal and external initiatives
Leveraging industry-leading frameworks, methods, and tools to increase the effectiveness of technology and data risk solutions
