Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, design, scale, and maintain applications within Capillary’s Cloud CRM product.
- Contribute to the overall design and roadmap of the product.
- Write effective and scalable code.
- Test and debug programs.
- Suggest improvements to the functionality of existing systems.
Required Skills:
- Innovative and self-motivated with a passion for developing complex and scalable applications.
- 0-2 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on algorithms and data structures.
- Strong coding and design skills using Python, Golang, Node.js, Core Java/J2EE, or any other high-level programming language.
- Prior experience with non-relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDB), queues, etc., is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills and a hustler attitude.
- Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
