Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals with 0 to 2 years of experience who are passionate about leveraging data to drive insights and business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop templates and dashboards in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI for operational and management reporting.
• Create statistical and analytical models for data analysis related to customer initiatives and growth hacks, including issue diagnosis, problem dissection, and tracking results.
• Maintain and run the reporting system.
• Extract data for ad hoc analysis based on business requests.
• Assist the team in data analysis and mining.
• Perform business analysis to highlight key lead indicators.
• Apply strong database concepts and SQL skills to translate business requirements into SQL statements.
• Demonstrate expertise in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or a related discipline from a reputed institute, or an MBA from a reputed institute.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in reporting and business intelligence systems.
• Knowledge of QNXT/Schema.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in data mapping.
• Experience in conversion, interface, and reporting.
