About the Role

Our IT Software Engineer team translates business requirements into technological solutions by designing, coding, testing/debugging applications, documenting procedures, and continually seeking quality improvements.
Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer 1-IT, your role will involve:
- Delivering software application improvements and developing new products.
- Crafting and developing software for platforms, peripherals, applications, and diagnostics using advanced technologies, tools, and methodologies.
- Working with business applications across various functional areas.
- Assisting in coding, testing, and debugging new software or enhancing existing software.
- Collaborating in sprint planning for multiple parallel projects.
- Supporting design and code reviews with a focus on user experience, performance, scalability, and future expansion.
Qualifications
Essential Requirements:
- Basic understanding of applications programming concepts, practices, and procedures, specifically with Angular/React, C#, Dot Net Framework, and REST API/Services/Web.
- Diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gain trust and respect from engineers, dependent teams, and partners to deliver results without direct reporting authority.
- Capacity to work dynamically with minimal direction while meeting deadlines.
- Quick adaptation to new information and development of general system knowledge.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of experience in software/coding/IT software.
