Training Areas:
- Gold Appraisal
- Lead generation
- Customer relationship management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate valuation of gold
- Adhere to ethical standards and company policies
- Coordinate for loan approval
- Generate new leads and maintain customer relationships
- Resolve customer queries
- Participate in business development activities
Persona:
- 0-12 months work experience
- Graduate
- Up to 27 years old
- Excellent communication skills in local language and basic English
- Mandatory: Two-wheeler and driving license
