ByPosition: Support Engineer I

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute Hardware Reliability testing including environmental testing, EMI/EMC testing, Motor testing, and Wet testing (accuracy, flow rate, power, current consumption) of the Electronics part of the fuel dispenser.
- Perform Defect analysis and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Prepare test setups and conduct checks to ensure all systems are operational.
- Maintain proper 5S of work areas and ensure a safe work environment.
- Handle invoices and support vendor activities.
- Prepare work permits and provide assistance for vendor activities.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to ensure smooth operations, which may involve replacing worn parts and checking fluid levels.
Education & Experience:
- Total Experience: 0-2 years
- Graduation/Degree: Graduation in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
Background and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Electronics & Electrical circuits, components & systems.
- Proficient in defect analysis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand schematics diagrams.
- Proficiency in handling instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Basic knowledge of testing procedures.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
