Description & Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop industry-specific business processes to guide customer implementations.
- Extend and enhance pre-configured cloud solution databases for customer cloud implementations.
- Create and refine tools and work products to support the Infor Deployment Method in customer implementations.
- Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of LN CloudSuite applications, with a focus on the Finance module and related business processes.
- Industry-specific implementation experience in at least one LN CloudSuite industry.
- Ability to collaborate with various Infor departments, including Product Development, Solution Consulting, and Global Professional Services.
- Detailed understanding of LN CloudSuite applications, particularly the Service, Assembly Control, or Repetitive Manufacturing modules, and related business processes.
- Additional industry-specific implementation experience in at least one LN CloudSuite industry.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of applications beyond LN, such as Infor OS, Factory Track, Supplier Exchange, Automotive Exchange, Expense Management (XM).
- Experience in business process modeling.
- Industry experience in more than one of the five LN CloudSuite industries, with a preference for the Automotive industry.
- Implementation experience with LN Project or Quality modules.
