Description & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in developing or implementing intelligent automation and RPA solutions.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and analysis.
- Proficient in writing user stories and requirements documentation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate requirements workshops and presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification is a plus.
- Experience with functional design and Agile methodologies.
- Basic programming skills, preferably in VB.NET, Python, SQL.
- Familiarity with modern tools like Jira, Wiki, etc.
- Experience in customer-facing roles.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and/or MBA.
