Job Purpose:
The Data Analyst role involves identifying business needs, constructing analytical tools, developing test strategies, and supporting Senior Analysts & Lead Analysts in achieving business outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and prioritize business requirements through comprehensive information gathering and analysis, ensuring effective delivery of solutions, initiatives, and programs.
• Design analytics techniques to address current and future business needs.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of data and necessary fields for analysis.
• Align analytical frameworks with available data.
• Develop systematic test procedures and test strategies to validate solutions against design specifications.
• Develop, choose, and apply algorithms and advanced computational methods to facilitate learning, improvement, adaptation, and task accomplishment.
• Exhibit the ability to approach existing situations and problems innovatively, creating novel solutions.
• Challenge the status quo to foster continuous improvement in performance and drive changes that positively impact the organization.
• Demonstrate commitment to achieving goals and objectives, displaying determination to follow through and complete initiated tasks.
• Recognize the complex interrelationships among business activities, understanding how decisions influence overall business outcomes and processes.

Education Qualification:

• Graduation: Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
• Post-Graduation: Master of Science (M.Sc) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) / Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
