Role Purpose:
The role aims to bridge the gap between technology and business expertise to deliver client solutions effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Bridge the gap between project and support teams through techno-functional expertise.
- Drive end-to-end processes for new business implementation projects, from requirement management to production deployment.
- Assess feasibility of new change requirements and provide optimal solutions with clear timelines.
- Provide techno-functional support for new business implementations, building systems from scratch.
- Assist solutioning team from architectural design to implementation.
- Understand and implement both functional and technical designs on the ERP system.
- Customize, extend, modify, localize, or integrate existing products through coding, testing, and production.
- Implement business processes and requirements into ERP solutions.
- Provide product support and maintenance to clients, resolving technical queries and problems.
- Develop and deploy automation tools/solutions for process optimization.
- Act as a liaison between technical and functional project requirements, advising clients or internal teams accordingly.
- Support on-site managers with necessary details regarding changes and provide off-site support.
- Continuously upgrade skills through Wipro exams, internal certifications, trainings, seminars, and knowledge sharing.
