Role Overview: As a Processing Specialist at Fiserv, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and processing chargebacks/disputes, ensuring adherence to scheme regulations with precision and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include handling first chargeback fraud/non-fraud, intimating merchants, facilitating recovery and reversal processes, and managing critical workloads for our UK GBS business.
Responsibilities:
- Upload documents into the portal.
- Provide document status updates to the central team.
- Address merchant queries and chargeback intimations promptly.
- Utilize analytical skills to action cases in schemes effectively.
Requirements:
- Full-time graduate with a background in banking.
- Understanding of the chargeback lifecycle.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel.
