Job Description:

As a MuleSoft Lead, you will play a pivotal role in integration architecture and solution implementation. Your responsibilities will include designing API-driven solutions, employing messaging patterns, and adhering to best practices in application development. We are seeking an individual with expertise in enterprise integration tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle Fusion, or Dell Boomi. Your proficiency in the software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfacing with internal and external applications, and database knowledge will be crucial. Moreover, you will be expected to lead the full project development cycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and value realization.

Job Responsibilities:

Advise technical teams on integration solutions’ operational concerns, including performance, scalability, and reliability.
Design reusable assets, components, standards, frameworks, and processes to support API and integration projects.
Ensure adherence to documented design and development patterns and standards within the development team.
Support integration environment and solutions, including off-hours support for critical solutions.
Develop and maintain Enterprise Integration Solution Architecture, encompassing SOA and ETL concepts.
Provide mentoring on advanced development concepts and technical capabilities.
Collaborate closely with Technical Leadership and Solution Architects to ensure solution consistency and quality.
Continuously explore industry standards and technological advances for improvement.
Gather, understand, and clarify complex business requirements.
Exemplify the company’s vision, values, and culture in interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Hold at least 1 active Mulesoft Developer Certification.
7+ years of experience in developing and delivering integration and data migration projects.
5+ years of MuleSoft experience.
Historical experience with ESB stacks such as MuleSoft, TIBCO, Oracle Fusion, Dell Boomi.
Proficiency in Anypoint Studio, MULE ESB, JMS, MULE MMC, Active MQ, Kafka, JPA, designing using API Led Architecture.
Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and API Strategy development.
Experience with Anypoint Platform, Flow Design, API Design, Dataweave, CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, API Management, EDI Integration.
Experience in developing, deploying, and managing flows using Anypoint Studio and CloudHub.
Familiarity with different MuleSoft offerings, design patterns, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with 3rd Party MuleSoft Anypoint Connectors, both On-Premise and Cloud solutions.
Proficiency in message queue design patterns, integrating with Cloud/SaaS applications, and API Gateways.
Experience with logging, auditing, policy management, performance monitoring, and KPI for process execution.
Experience in developing transformations using MuleSoft DataWeave 2.0 and API design using RAML 1.0.
Knowledge of Release Management tools like Git, GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD processes.
Intermediate level knowledge in working with web-services technologies (XML, SOAP, REST, XSLT) and Cloud APIs.
Proficiency in designing Mule components (Mule ESB, Anypoint Studio, ETLs, flows, MEL, message modeling, routing, filtering, database, exception handling, API Management).
Experience with various Integration patterns including API, Real-time Integration, and Event broker/Advanced messaging.
Experience in deploying/managing Mule flows to CloudHub and implementing security for HTTP fundamentals, REST Web services using OAuth/Basic and SAML token, JWT tokens, PGP, and API security.
Hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring would be an added advantage.
