About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you’ll focus on enhancing reporting tools, methods, and processes within your assigned team. Your responsibilities include creating and delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics crucial for business tracking and management. You’ll manage multiple requests concurrently, prioritize strategically, and actively engage with internal partners to exceed customer service levels and transportation-related KPIs. Additionally, you’ll brainstorm scalable solutions, manage projects efficiently, maintain excellent user relationships, and advocate for their needs while aligning with the team’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop algorithms to optimize demand and supply data.
- Conduct analysis and solution-building based on insights derived from data.
- Provide insights to management and contribute to strategic planning.
- Analyze metrics and key indicators to identify root causes of process defects.
- Support business development by creating efficient designs and solution processes.
- Determine optimal resource utilization and research cost reduction opportunities.
Required Skills:
- Tech/M.Tech/MBA in any discipline.
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (Python is a plus).
- Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
