Minimum Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant/MBA with 5+ years of work experience Proficiency in MS Excel and presentations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player Effective stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in Business Finance Comprehensive understanding of financial trends within the company and market patterns Business acumen, analytical approach, and understanding of general business development and operations Experience in commercial negotiations, partnerships, alliances is preferred Experience in agreements and contract review Prior experience in ecommerce, fintech, startups, or consumer tech
Responsibilities:
Define annual operating plan (AOP), outlook, and OKRs for categories Provide financial reports and interpret financial information for various stakeholders, recommending further courses of action Co-own goals with category heads to ensure the health of the business Develop trends and projections for business growth and finances Conduct reviews and evaluations for growth and profitability opportunities Collaborate with other functions to agree on projects Develop complex financial models to facilitate decision-making Drive process improvement initiatives impacting the category Ensure proper monthly planning, reviews, and closure activities Manage a team of 2-4 members Manage Business Finance for at least two verticals
