Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in a financial reporting/operational accounting role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Spreadsheet Software, and SQL.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, including India GAAP, United States GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Ability to handle a varied and diverse workload with a high degree of attention to detail and a commitment to continuous process improvement.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment and to lead complex operational initiatives.
- Excellent negotiating, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ensure compliance with relevant Indian accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and tax regulations.
- Conduct regular in-depth analysis of financials to maintain integrity and accuracy of local books and records.
- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders including business managers, Technical Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Financial Planning.
- Develop expertise in accounting tools and applications, identifying opportunities for improvement and managing projects for automation and optimization.
- Present financial information to diverse audiences, highlighting risks and maintaining an effective internal control environment.
