Amazon’s Digital and Emerging Payments team is seeking a dynamic Business Intelligence Engineer (BIE) to drive insights and enhance product success. This role offers a chance to shape global payment strategies, influence key business decisions, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop Payment Metrics: Design and maintain reporting solutions for payment products, collaborating with Data Engineers and Product Managers.
Build Self-Service BI: Create intuitive dashboards and tools for in-depth analysis and defect verification.
Automation & Operational Excellence: Develop automation tools, ensure AWS infrastructure compliance, and optimize operations.
Deep Dive Analysis: Lead business reviews, merge disparate data sources, and uncover actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
3+ years of data analysis experience with Redshift, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in data modeling, visualization tools (e.g., Quicksight, Tableau), and scripting (e.g., Python).
Experience communicating insights to senior leadership.
