Responsibilities:

1. Training and Upskilling: Learn or enhance skills in programming languages like C++, C#, or Java, as well as databases such as SQL Server or Oracle.
2. Agile Methodology: Receive training in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
3. Development Tasks: Design, build, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable features using C# or C++, along with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
4. Code Quality Assurance: Engage in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality code.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to develop new features and enhancements aligned with business needs.
6. Technology Awareness: Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform technical decision-making.
7. Scrum Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies and demonstrate completed work within sprints.

Requirements:

1. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent, with 1-3 years of software development experience, preferably in C++/C#/Java.
2. Database Experience: Hands-on experience with relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
3. Scrum Knowledge: Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle using Scrum.
