Responsibilities:
- Work closely with a team of expert data engineers to develop and refine data-driven solutions and machine learning models.
- Support the design and implementation of robust data pipelines, focusing on ETL processes and data modeling to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Engage in data sourcing, quality testing, cleansing, monitoring, and analysis to maintain high standards of data integrity and reliability.
- Address complex business problems by applying innovative and reusable solutions to enhance data functionality and customer value.
- Contribute to the adoption and implementation of advanced technologies and practices like SQL, Python, Git, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Cloud Formation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, Spark, Snowflake, Airflow, Neo4j, Kafka, and Pandas.
- Assist in the ongoing development and maintenance of data pipelines, particularly those involving machine learning models, ensuring they’re efficient and up-to-date.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in ETL technical design, data warehousing, and data modeling.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough data exploration and analysis.
- Proficiency in modern coding practices and technologies such as SQL, Python, and various data integration tools.
- Experience with Snowflake, cloud services (preferably AWS), and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
