Purpose of the Role:
As an Analyst in the Digital Measurement & Analytics team, you will play a key role in delivering actionable insights for GCS Digital Experiences. Your focus will be on democratizing digital data, measuring product performance, conducting deep dives into customer behavior, and driving strategic decisions backed by data insights.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to drive strategic priorities for the GCS Digital Experiences product roadmap.
- Define KPIs and develop customer segmentation strategies to enhance adoption and engagement.
- Provide analytical and decision support by mining digital activity data and AXP closed-loop data.
- Develop a deep understanding of GCS digital channels and ensure analytical insights are relevant and actionable.
- Execute the development, validation, and implementation of statistical projects and automated reports flawlessly.
- Evaluate the impact of different strategies/initiatives on business growth and generate insights and recommendations.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to plan and prioritize initiatives effectively.
- Create automated dashboards and reports using Adobe Analytics suite or Tableau to enable self-serve analytics.
- Continuously expand knowledge of advanced analytical methods and tools to enhance analytical practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of relevant analytics experience.
- Degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or finance.
- Strong analytical, strategic thought leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with partners and team members.
- Proficiency in Hive, Python, PySpark, SQL, and statistical modeling/data-mining techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with strong project management skills and ability to work on multiple priorities.
- Passion for data science and machine learning with a track record of developing novel analytical solutions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of Agile product development.
- Experience in the digital domain preferred.
