Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to design high-converting user interfaces for our web pages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in UI design, particularly in optimizing for conversions, with essential experience in Figma.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Identify design challenges and develop elegant solutions focused on user experience and conversion optimization.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand user behavior and conversion data, informing design decisions.
Create visually appealing UI designs aligned with our brand, prioritizing conversion optimization.
Utilize Figma to develop and refine visuals, user interface elements, and design aspects.
Stay updated on the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Coordinate with the web development team to ensure accurate translation of design to functional web pages.
Provide design guidance and feedback throughout the development process.

Qualifications:

Proven experience of 2+ years as a UI Designer or similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects, preferably emphasizing web pages.
Proficiency in Figma and other visual design and wireframing tools.
Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (beneficial).
Solid grasp of user-centered design and conversion optimization principles.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for user-system interaction.
Creative problem-solving ability.
Updated knowledge of UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
