Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Ensure accurate valuation of gold, adhering to ethical standards and company policies.
2. Assist in loan approval process by coordinating with the manager and stakeholders.
3. Generate leads, onboard new customers, and maintain relationships with existing ones.
4. Resolve customer queries during loan processing.
5. Participate in business development activities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Persona:

• 0-12 months of work experience in any field.
• Graduation completed.
• Up to 27 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills in the local language and basic English.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license required.

About this job :

1. Salary: Expected salary ranges from 10,700 INR to 12,700 INR, based on skills, experience, and interview performance.
2. Eligibility Criteria: Graduates with 0-12 months of experience are eligible.
3. Required Skills: Basic English and strong communication skills.
