Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a Social Media and Email Marketing Coordinator. This role is instrumental in enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through strategic social media and email campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical prowess to drive our digital marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive social media and email marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and revenue for both B2B and D2C segments.
Create compelling content for social media posts, newsletters, promotions, event invitations, and automated drip campaigns tailored to our target audience.
Manage and schedule posts across various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages promptly.
Monitor social media and email performance metrics to track effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Foster engagement by interacting with followers and cultivating meaningful connections within our community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements related to social media and email marketing.

Essential Qualifications/Competencies:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and email campaigns, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and engagement.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, as well as email marketing platforms like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, or similar CRM systems.
Experience with content management systems like WordPress.
Strong understanding of social media and email marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
Creative thinker passionate about staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
