Position: Associate Analyst, Product Operations
Location: Hybrid Remote, Pune, Maharashtra

We are presently seeking an Associate Analyst, Product Operations to join our Interoperability team in Pune.

Essential Functions:

  • Manage various phases of interoperability solution deployment, including establishing connectivity, configuration, testing, and go-live preparation activities.
  • Allocate responsibilities: 60% client onboarding and maintenance tasks, and 40% tasks related to expanding our interoperability suite.
  • Collaborate with Interoperability-Build engineers to understand enhancements, bug fixes, and new capabilities in our suite of offerings, ensuring thorough documentation and comprehensive training for all client operations team members.
  • Prioritize client success through effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Actively engage in an agile environment.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in extract, transfer, load, integration roles preferred.
  • Basic experience in software consulting, software testing, and configuration required.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like PERL, Python, or any object-oriented programming languages is advantageous.
  • Exposure to Postman, Linux Environment is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of basics of PostgreSQL or any other relational database is desired.
  • Excellent analytics, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
  • Experience in the Healthcare Technology domain with exposure to Healthcare Communication Standards like HL7 V2.X or FHIR is beneficial.

Travel:
Travel for this role may be required up to 10% of the time.
