Job Description:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as a software detective, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide dynamic service to ensure the smooth functioning of infrastructure service management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems, including infrastructure service management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and maintain the infrastructure service management systems to ensure smooth operation.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as standard operating procedures and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical business systems.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must-Have Skills: Strong knowledge of infrastructure service management.
- Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for critical business systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and procedures.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining critical business systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Additional Information:
- Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in infrastructure service management.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.
