Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Freshers

Skill Set:

  • Good customer handling skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to solve customer queries
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work from the office and in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred
  • Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written

Job Description:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer support through voice communication
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
